Natural Gas: Working for the Environment
Until a stable and efficient renewable energy source has been developed, humankind requires gas for civilized existence. While sunlight and wind show great promise, the production levels just are not what they need to be right now to sustain entire population. In the meantime, natural gas can keep the lights on and the cars moving while producing less carbon dioxide, in comparison to coal or petroleum. Conversions from oil and coal to natural gas in terms of energy production could go a long way to reducing the damage from carbon dioxide.
