A search on eco-fashion will probably get you wild outfits like this one:
Sure, it's pretty amazing, but that's not a dress I'll be wearing anytime soon.
So I decided to scout out some eco-friendly and fashionable clothes that real women could actually wear. Here's what I found:
(All pictures are my original pins from Pinterest. Click on them to be taken to the website selling the items.)
Here's an adorable shrug made out of 70% Viscose from Bamboo and 30% Organic Cotton.
I also love the style of this light blouse made from sustainable silk in Los Angeles.
Here's a fun, hand-dyed skirt made with low impact dyes. It's fair-trade and made from organic cotton. There is also a matching dress available.
This skirt looks so comfy and chic. Can't say that about a lot of things! The skirt has a pleated front and slit in the back and is made from 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled polyester.
And finally, one of my personal favorites, the Bamboo cocktail dress. It's got sleeves and is knee-length and comes in a wide range of sizes. It's lovely!
I hope you enjoyed these finds! I love to see how cute many of the eco-fashionable clothes can really be.
